Delivery Information

While we process your order and arrange your shipping, we would like to help you understand our delivery terms and conditions.

Please review the terms below and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ‐ PLEASE READ

Your Equipment should ship soon, and there are some important procedures you need to follow when you receive the shipment. We have selected only high quality shipping companies to transport your products limiting freight damage; however, accidents can happen during shipment. When the delivery occurs you will be responsible for the following:
  1. Provide personnel to move the equipment from the truck into your building. The driver is responsible  only  to  get  the  equipment  to  the  end  of  the  trailer.  A  two-wheel hand truck is the easiest way to move heavier pieces; however, for larger items you will need to recruit help.
  2. Count the number of packages and be sure it matches the Bill of Lading (papers with delivery).
  3. Inspect the packages as you unload them from the truck. Often equipment is moved from different trucks and freight damage can occur. If there is obvious damage to the outside of the box, please sign for the items damaged so we are able to start a freight claim. Please take photos and email them to gymlinksequipment@outlook.com if problems ever occur. It is also a good idea to open up boxes to make sure that everything is perfect just as a safety precaution.
  4. All Damage must be reported and noted on the Bill of Lading prior to you accepting the shipment with your signature.  This is very important as the freight company, supplier or GymLinks Equipment Inc. is not responsible for damage if you sign for this after reviewing the equipment. We will help you with any minor problems that may occur after the fact, but for us to fully replace the item it needs to be signed for damaged with the carrier.
  5. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please call us prior to the shipments arrival at
608-352-0456 and we can help walk you through how to accept and inspect your freight.

Thank you for purchasing equipment from GymLinks Equipment! If we can ever help with anything please don’t hesitate to call.
